When you purchase this programme, you are agreeing to the below terms and conditions. 

Under absolutely no circumstance is your deposit or payment refundable. 

If you sign up via the payment plan, then you agree to honouring and paying all your payments in full. There is no cooling-off period and no option under any circumstance to opt-out. If you do not fulfil your full payments, we will take legal action as we do need to protect our business. We will confirm in writing before doing this. 

Even if you do not sign our contract, you are still liable to pay all payments under your chosen payment plan. You will not be entitled to any refunds even if you don’t sign our contract. 

All sales and payments are final.
